Wordprocessing:
Word-processing is normally one of the first steps in computer training. It
helps a person to come to terms with the usage of the keyboard, mouse and
program basics. Creating and managing Letters/ Reports/ Documents is the main
objective of this type of program. A two day course of training is available for
'beginners' who have absolutely no knowledge of computing. A more comprehensive
2 day course will suite users who already know the basics (or who are self
trained).
Spreadsheets:
For a
complete beginner who has not used this type of program,
a 2 day introduction would
see a student achieve a very competent skill level in using this program. They
would come to terms with the powerful calculation ability of the program to help
them simplify adding, subtracting, finding percentages, working out mortgage
rates etc.
